Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we will review the request and disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing content as appropriate.

Counter-Notification If you believe that content you uploaded to RscriptBlox was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notification. Your counter-notice must contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, along with its location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who provided the original copyright notification.

Repeat Infringers RscriptBlox reserves the right to terminate user accounts, restrict access, or ban users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
